Frontend Developer

Ship polished interfaces for products that people actually use.

You'll build the surfaces our users live in — primarily React / Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind. You care about how things feel, not just how they look. Performance, accessibility, and detail are the bar.

Responsibilities

  • Implement product features end to end in React + Next.js
  • Translate Figma / design briefs into pixel-faithful UI
  • Own component reuse, accessibility, and performance budgets
  • Collaborate directly with founders and designers

Nice to have

  • Strong TypeScript fundamentals
  • Comfortable with App Router, server components, streaming
  • Have built and shipped real products (not just tutorials)

Backend Developer

Build the APIs and infrastructure that keep our products honest.

You'll design and implement the backend services that power Zentra AI and our other products. APIs, data pipelines, auth, integrations, and the operational glue. Reliability and clean interfaces matter.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement REST / typed APIs
  • Own data modeling, jobs, and integrations
  • Build with security, rate-limiting, and observability in mind
  • Operate what you build — instrumentation, alerting, debugging

Nice to have

  • Node.js / TypeScript or Python in production
  • Experience with relational DBs, queues, or vector stores
  • Comfortable thinking about LLM / AI infrastructure

Paid per project

Compensation is project-based and varies with scope. Smaller tasks scale up to $500 – $1,000 for major projects. Long-term contributors get larger and more frequent engagements.
